If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, within the 7 days from the day of purchase using our Exchange/Return Instructions, please keep in mind that customer will bear returning package shipping fee and product sending shipping fee will be charged/deducted.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier.
Lot of our products are offered through special bargains, event discounts and promotions, please note that while returning, entire lot/numbers are to be returned, part lot or part numbers will not be accepted, for the simple reason that if that is practiced, it no more remains a lot and is no more eligible for the same price but the selection price.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund/replacement or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that personalized/customized products can not be returned or exchanged as these are made especially for you, so please take special care during purchasing of personalized products and provide complete and correct information.
